EULA - End User License Agreement

BitFaster Professional 17.0 License Agreement

Thank you for selecting BitFaster Professional (BFP) 17.0 software. This License Agreement is made between Success Planned FZE, the developer and copyright owner of BFP 17.0 and you, the person who makes use of BFP 17.0.

You may install it on one computer for access and use by only one specific person. The Setup program will install BFP 17.0 on your system if you choose to proceed with the installation.

Database protection and backup is entirely your responsibility.

License Rights:

You must agree to all the terms in this agreement in order to use BFP 17.0 legally. If you don't agree to all the terms in the agreement, please don't install and use BFP 17.0, and delete all related files from your computer. Copyright law protects this software program and any associated material. Success Planned FZE retains title to and ownership in the copyright of the software program and the associated materials.

Warranty:

This program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either Express or Implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the program is with you. Should the program prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Under no circumstances shall Success Planned FZE be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the program (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or third parties or a failure of the program to operate with any other programs).

Scope of Use:

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, nor take any other steps consistent with an attempt to reveal any confidential, trade secret, or other non-public information associated with the software. Further, you may not assist any other party attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, nor take any other steps consistent with an attempt to reveal any confidential, trade secret, or other non-public information associated with the software. Should you become aware of any activity in violation of this term, whether or not under your control or authorization, you will inform Success Planned FZE of such activity and assist Success Planned FZE in terminating such activity and protecting its threatened rights.

Agreement:

By using BFP 17.0, you are automatically agreeing to and show that you have read and understood the terms and conditions contained within this License Agreement. This License Agreement is then effective while you use and continue to make use of BFP 17.0. If you do not agree with our License Agreement, you must not use this software. This License Agreement is subject to change without notice.
